Tax-Free Wealth Building — Overfunded Indexed Universal Life

Build a bucket the IRS can't touch.*

This is our flagship wealth-building strategy: an Indexed Universal Life policy designed backwards from most — overfunded on purpose, so maximum money flows to the cash value side. Market-linked growth with a 0% floor, income-tax-free access, living benefits, and a death benefit protecting your family the whole way.*

HOW THE STRATEGY WORKS

What this does for you.

I

Overfunded By Design

Most policies maximize the death benefit and starve the cash value. We design the opposite: minimum required insurance, maximum money compounding in your cash value bucket.

II

Tax-Free Access*

Structured policy loans and withdrawals can provide income-tax-free retirement income — no matter what tax rates do between now and then.

III

Protection & Living Benefits

A death benefit for your family plus living benefits that can pay YOU during critical, chronic, or terminal illness — the strategy protects while it builds.

This strategy fits if…

  • You want to build wealth tax-free — not just tax-deferred
  • You're a high earner locked out of Roth contributions
  • You want growth potential without stomaching market losses
  • You want savings, protection, and living benefits in one vehicle
COMMON QUESTIONS

Answers, in plain English.

How is this different from my 401(k)?

A 401(k) defers taxes to unknown future rates. A properly overfunded IUL is designed for tax-free access, has no negative market years thanks to the floor, and carries a death benefit plus living benefits. Most clients run both — strategically split.

What does 'overfunded' actually mean?

We fund the policy near the IRS maximum relative to its death benefit, so the greatest possible share of every premium dollar lands in cash value and compounds. Design is everything — a poorly designed IUL underperforms, and design is what we do.

What happens if the market crashes?

Your credited interest that year is 0% — your existing cash value doesn't take the loss. The floor is the whole point.

Can I use the money before retirement?

Yes — cash value is accessible through loans for any purpose: college, real estate, business, emergencies. It's your capital, and the living benefits ride along the entire time.
